(30-60 minute visits at your clinical discretion)Start of Care Evaluations- $75/visitRecertifications/Re -Evaluations (Every 60 days)- $60/visitIf you are passionate about making a meaningful impact and seeking an organization that values its employees and community, apply today!Requirements: JOB CONDITIONSThe ability to drive and the ability to access consumers' homes which may not be routinely wheelchair accessible are required.Hearing, eyesight and physical dexterity must be sufficient to perform a physical assessment of the consumer's condition and to perform consumer care.The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing in English is requiredEQUIPMENT OPERATIONSpeech therapy equipment and hand washing materials.COMPANY INFORMATIONHas access to all consumer medical records which may be discussed with Nursing Supervisor, the Administrator, the Executive Director, and the Quality Assurance department staff and government agenciesQUALIFICATIONSMust hold a Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited programLicensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of ColoradoCPR certification
