ABOUT THE CLIENTOur client is one of the largest and most respected electrical distribution companies in the United States. Founded in 1957, they have grown from a two-location operation to 900+ locations nationwide with revenues exceeding $10 billion. What makes them unique in their industry is a fully decentralized operating model — branch leaders and supervisors have real autonomy and decision-making authority. They run like a network of local businesses backed by national-scale resources. With 65+ years of consecutive growth, this is one of the most stable platforms in industrial distribution — and they are continuing to invest heavily in their operations and people.THE OPPORTUNITYMedium voltage cable, accessories, and rubber goods are the backbone of every data center electrical infrastructure project. They're also one of the most technically specialized and least-served product categories in electrical distribution.
