A philanthropic endeavor that truly embodies our corporate mission.Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 USD, depending on experience.Commission: $40,000 USD annually depending on performance.The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing, growing, and maintaining a strong presence within the assigned Sales Region. The RSM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships which foster sales and growth for the region. The RSM must be successful in meeting and exceeding assigned quota and KPI's.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goalsDirect sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordinglyReview market analyses to determine customer needsDirect channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution of territories, quotas, and goalsAdvise reps, dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniquesAnalyze sales statistics to assist dealers in promoting salesRepresent company at trade shows to promote productDeliver sales presentations to key clientsDeliver effective sales and technical training to our customers and manufacturing rep partnersMeet with clients to maintain relationships, negotiate and close dealsAnalyze and control expenditures of channel to conform to budgetary requirementsPrepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansionParticipate in product research and provide company with new product ideas and featuresMonitor and evaluate competitors' activities and products. Provide competitive intelligenceResponsible for managing and directing company's independent rep organization to achieve company goalsProject based assignments as requestedKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Requires minimum of 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management (rep groups, distributors, accounts) in the Gate and Door Operator Installation spaceExperience working with large national distributors and dealers preferredAccess control experience preferredIntermediate to advanced experience in sales reporting utilizing CRM (such as.
