Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products. You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards.How You Will Do ItAssist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.Inspect customer systemsUse of Smart Phone and EquipmentMay include government workWhat We Look ForRequiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsOutstanding customer facing service and problem-solving skillsPC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and OutlookFEL-APreferredAny Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChemRMEI and preferred Multi LicenseValid US driver's licenseHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29.66 - 40.77 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
