Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products. You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards.How you will do it    Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.   Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.Inspect customer systemsUse of Smart Phone and EquipmentMay include government workWhat we look for    Required Excellent communication and organizational skills Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook FEL-APreferred Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem RMEI and preferred Multi LicenseValid US driver’s license HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29.66 - 40.77 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
