Physician / Psychiatry - Child/Adolescent / Illinois / Permanent / Psychiatrist needed at FQHC Job

A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a part-time licensed psychiatrist to work in a Community Health Center setting. Must be Board certified in child/adult psychiatry. Responsible for attending to patients in a co-located FQHC multidisciplinary outpatient and inpatient setting to render diagnostic, therapeutic, and medical as part of the Primary care/Behavioral Integrated Program Team. Responsibilities will also include initial evaluation of new/established patients, medication management, continued stay reviews, family meetings, and treatment/discharge planning. Working hours: 5 hours once a week.The ideal candidate for this position will be a strong team member working in a community psychiatric environment caring for co-occurring disorder patients with para professional support team.
