Virtual Directory Engineer

MissionThe Virtual Directory Engineer will be primarily responsible for interacting with internal Client customers. The selected candidate will work on an Agile team to implement and enhance virtual directory solutions - this includes caching or proxying data from identity silos.Must HavesStrong experience with RadiantOne FID Virtual Directory Technology (TOP SKILL)Understanding of LDAP concepts and IAMExperience with SQL Database (views/joins/lookups) and ETL conceptsFamiliarity with virtual directory products like Radiant Logic VDS, Oracle Unified Directory, PING, PING Federate, or similar productsExperience working in an Agile environmentExcellent communication skills and customer interaction experience - this role will include helping intake customer requestsInvestigative mindset - will work with internal customers to drive requirements and turn into scalable solutionsDay To DayResponding to ongoing customer requests including responding to emails, Service Now Incidents, phone calls, instant messages, troubleshooting meetings, etc.Supporting RadiantLogic VDS and Oracle Unified DirectoryParticipating in data center migration effortsMonitoring alerts and responding accordinglyUpdating and validating existing documentationPlussesBasic understanding of PBAC/RBAC/ABAC Familiarity with SIEM tools Skills: hdap,iam,virtual directory technology,radiantone,pbac/rbac/abac,radiant logic,virtual directory,radiantone fid,ldap,gib global identity builder
