Program Analyst/Scheduler
Program Analyst/SchedulerApogee has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst/Scheduler to support the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO) at Warner Robins AFB, GA. This position provides expert program analysis and scheduling support across multiple GPS User Equipment programs, developing and maintaining integrated master schedules and conducting manpower analysis.This is a full-time position located at Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB), or Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), with telework capability for local candidates.ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Master Schedule (IMS) Development:Develop and manage program/project integrated master schedules with resource loadingMaintain JSSMO resource-assigned IMS across all programsDevelop cross-platform, receiver, and weapons integration master schedulesCoordinate schedule dependencies and critical path analysisUpdate schedules based on fact-of-life changes and program updatesProgram Analysis:Conduct schedule-based analysis for manpower needs and resource allocationProvide near-real-time assessments of projected manpower requirementsDevelop schedule excursions and "what-if" analysis for decision supportIdentify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategiesTrack program milestones and deliverable schedulesAircraft Integration Scheduling:Coordinate with DoD aircraft platforms to identify integration schedulesDevelop platform, receiver, antenna, and weapons integration roadmapsCreate resource-loaded IMS showing planned aircraft OFP cycle upgradesShow key upgrade timing and schedule options based on aircraft OFP plansCoordinate Integration Working Group schedules and meetingsManpower Analysis:Develop manpower estimates for PNT Program OfficeMaintain manpower modeling worksheets and toolsProduce functional allocation estimates (PM, EN, PK, FM, LG) for each projectSupport Program Objective Memorandum (POM) input preparationUpdate manpower models based on program changesReporting:Prepare schedule status reports and briefingsMaintain acquisition trackers and program schedulesSupport Monthly Status Report preparationProvide schedule data for program reviews and milestone decisionsQualificationsMinimum Experience:Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret-level clearance Education: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 7 years of program scheduling experience Additional Experience:Expert proficiency in MS Project and MS Office SuiteExperience with resource-loaded scheduling and critical path analysisKnowledge of DoD acquisition schedules and milestonesExperience with GPS/GNSS or aircraft programs preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills for coordination with multiple organizationsPreferred Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferredAdditional Information: Location: Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA, or Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), OH Hybrid: This is a full-time position with telework capabilities Travel: Travel up to 10% may be required, per the customer's discretion
