Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior scheduling authority supporting Air Force acquisition and sustainment programs.Develop, integrate, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for ongoing and future F-16 programs.Support program managers and engineers with scheduling for Information Assurance (IA), OSS&E, Airworthiness Evaluations, PDRs, CDRs, SRRs, system functional reviews, and configuration control boards.Support Joint Multi-National Configuration Control Team/Board (JMCCT/B), JRRB, and Multistage Improvement Process Cockpit Review Team (CRT) activities.Assist in managing, planning, tracking, and integrating schedules for aircraft modification programs and OFP software integration.Support preparation of SOWs, Engineering Project Requests (EPRs), and Purchase Requests (PRs).Collaborate with IPT members including engineers, logistics managers, configuration managers, and equipment specialists.Develop and brief program schedules, engineering impacts, installation plans, cost impacts, fielding schedules, and requirement information.Coordinate and integrate upgrade kit deliveries and installation schedules between IPTs and production management.Collect, analyze, and provide data required to support planning and integration of F-16 modifications.Support sustainment and modernization scheduling and logistics activities for the F-16 avionics suite.Utilize DoD and DLA data systems to provide program status and support data analysis, part number research, and evaluations.Advise government leadership on scheduling risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies.Provide mentorship and oversight to junior and journeyman scheduling personnel.Required QualificationsDemonstrated advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized expertise in integrated master scheduling.Ability to independently perform complex scheduling tasks and oversee junior and journeyman personnel.Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Air Force acquisition, sustainment, or modernization programs.Background in program management, logistics, configuration management, systems engineering, or financial management.Education & CertificationMaster’s or Doctoral degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, at least five of which must be in the DoD, ORBachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, at least five of which must be in the DoD, ORA minimum of 15 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications, at least eight of which must be in the DoD.Clearance RequirementActive Secret security clearance required.U.S. citizenship required.
