Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the technical staffing space. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and supporting end-to-end sales efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within leading technology companies (e.g., Google, Meta, HP, Apple, Cisco, Intel, NVIDIA, Netflix, LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.)Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive staffing engagementsLeverage tools such as LinkedIn and other platforms to identify hiring needs and target accountsConduct outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and in-person client visitsPartner with internal recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates and meet client requirementsSupport contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closureQualifications3–5 years of experience in technical staffing sales or business developmentProven track record of client acquisition and revenue generationExisting network or experience working with major tech companies is highly preferredFamiliarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and market mapping techniquesTechnical background (Engineering degree or relevant knowledge) is a plusStrong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to build rapport with clientsComfortable with cold outreach and on-site client engagementLocationBay Area preferred; open to candidates across CaliforniaPay StructureBase pay (120k-150k) + commissions
