3rd Shift (Remote) – 10:30pm to 7:30am – Tuesday to Saturday (Must be located in Chicago)Qorali are seeking a Senior Production Operations Support professional with strong expertise in UC4 scheduling, AWS cloud environments, and Linux/Unix systems to help drive operational excellence within a 24x7 production environment.This role is responsible for improving system reliability, moving teams from reactive support to proactive operations, and ensuring high availability across multi-platform infrastructure. You’ll act as a key production liaison, partnering across cloud, network, storage, and application teams to optimize performance and resolve complex incidents.Key Focus Areas:Advanced support and optimization of UC4 (Automic) job schedulingProduction operations across AWS cloud infrastructureDeep hands-on experience with Linux/Unix administrationMonitoring, alert analysis, and incident resolutionITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementAutomation and continuous improvement initiativesCross-platform troubleshooting (Linux, Windows, Mainframe, Storage, Network)Support for MQ, SFTP/NDM transfers, backups, and batch processingProduction installs, disaster recovery, and industry testing supportRequired Experience:5+ years in enterprise production/operations environmentsStrong expertise in UC4 scheduling toolsSolid background in AWS cloud services and cloud toolingAdvanced knowledge of Linux/Unix systemsExperience working within ITIL frameworksMulti-platform infrastructure knowledgeBenefits:15% bonus6% 401k Match20+ PTOHealth care packagePaid overtime
