Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager located in Cairo, NY. The Facility Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations. Responsibilities include managing facility budgets, coordinating maintenance activities, supervising staff and vendors, scheduling repairs, and implementing energy-efficient solutions. The role will also involve analyzing operational data to optimize building performance and providing a seamless experience for tenants and staff. Qualifications Facility Management skills, including overseeing operations, coordinating maintenance, and compliance with safety standardsExperience in Budgeting, Financial Management, and Cost ControlStrong knowledge in Vendor Management and Contract NegotiationProblem-solving and Decision-making skills, particularly in facility operationsTechnical skills in Maintenance Management, HVAC Systems, and Building Automation SystemsProficiency in Communication, Organization, and Time ManagementBachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are a plusPrevious experience in real estate or property management is preferred
