Project Coordinator
Infrastructure CoordinatorThe Infrastructure Coordinator supports infrastructure projects with day-to-day responsibility for assisting in driving in the networks to support technology implementations for North America across all Aramark lines of business. Primary responsibility will be for coordinating network connectivity requests, placing hardware and circuit orders, supporting other technology projects and ensuring services are delivered on time and to the specified quality.Essential Functions:Coordinate all resource activities to ensure that internet connectivity orders are placed, managed, and delivered on time.Maintain master schedule and status update documentation.Communicate regularly with the Mobilization and Deployment project managers, providing them with clear and regular updates during the whole delivery life-cycleTrack and escalate issues which could impact the timely or effective delivery of servicesQualifications:2 years' experience in Telecommunications2 years' experience in Service Delivery or Project CoordinationAbility to clearly document dependencies and prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCapable of working with minimal supervision and exercises considerable independent judgment in offering problem resolution from simple to complexIs familiar with network and infrastructure technologies such as WAN, LAN, WLAN, switches, firewalls, and routers.Ability to gather, screen and interpret a wide variety of detailed information yet remain focused on the 'big picture'.Key Words:Point of Sale (POS) DeploymentIT Infrastructure Deployment Project CoordinationNetwork and Infrastructure TechnologiesLANWANTelecommunicationsCustomer relationship managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProject status reportingProject issues and risk managementLarge multi-site deploymentsServiceNowRequest or Ticket Management System
