AI Product Development Principal

A company is looking for a Principal, Product AI Transformation. Key Responsibilities Build and scale AI-enabled workflows that enhance collaboration across product, engineering, and UX Develop best practices and enablement programs for teams to leverage AI in their processes Identify process improvements and optimize the product tooling ecosystem while measuring impact and ROI Required Qualifications 5+ years in product operations, product management, product design, or technical program management at a SaaS company Hands-on experience with Claude Code and Claude Projects, including prompt engineering and context management Capability to build AI solutions and develop custom workflows and automation Familiarity with product tooling such as Jira, Figma, and Pendo Change management expertise and ability to influence senior stakeholders
