This full desk role blends outside sales, client account management, and hands-on recruiting to deliver an exceptional end-to-end staffing experience.This position is onsite at our Grand Forks, ND office location, and offers a base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based bonuses!BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RECRUITING MANAGER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and secure new business through prospecting, outreach, and client visitsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needsRecruit, screen, and onboard candidates to fill client ordersManage assignment details including start dates, scheduling, and program follow upEnsure excellent service delivery through proactive communication with clients and employeesMaintain accurate documentation in CRM/ATS systemsOther duties may be assigned.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RECRUITING MANAGER KEY REQUIREMENTSExperience in staffing, recruiting, outside sales, or a related field preferredStrong communication and relationship building skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentGoal driven mindset with strong organizational skillsValid driver's License and proof of car insurance.Must be at work as scheduled and be available to clients outside of regular business hours.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50% travel - typically within two hours of the office and can be done in the same day.WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?We understand that we're not just interviewing YOU; you're also interviewing US to see if Doherty is a good fit!
