Its mission is to streamline operations so sales teams can focus on selling.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Senior Full-Stack Developer & Development Team Lead role based in Atlanta, GA, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power Pulse Point’s AI-native insurance platform. They will lead a small development team, provide technical direction, review code, and ensure best practices in architecture, testing, and deployment. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product and UX stakeholders, breaking down requirements into technical tasks, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions. The role also involves mentoring engineers, improving development processes, and contributing to continuous integration and delivery practices.Qualifications Strong full-stack engineering capabilities, including Software Development and Full-Stack Development across modern web architectures.Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, such as building APIs, integrating data sources, and optimizing server-side performance.Solid Front-End Development experience, including building responsive interfaces and working with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).Demonstrated experience leading development teams, including code review, mentoring, and technical decision-making.Experience with modern frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Atlanta, GA, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a focus on maintainable, testable code.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience in insurance, fintech, or SaaS is a plus.
