What You'll Do:General automotive & light-truck repairsDrivability, and emissions diagnosticsBrake, suspension, steering, and maintenance servicesTire services and digital wheel alignmentsWork with modern scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and DVIs (digital vehicle inspections)Communicate directly with service advisors and leadershipTake ownership of your work — no shortcuts, no micromanagementWork Schedule:Monday through Friday 8am-5pm - With flexible schedule optionsNo WeekendsNo Holidays Training & Advancement:Weekly trainings to get you where you want to goASE reimbursement plus bonus if completed Pay and Benefits:Pay will be based on experience & diagnostic skill level with production bonusSupplemental benefits paid by employer, options to add family membersIRA optionAdditional paid time off around major holidays on top of regular PTOPTOWhat We're Looking For:5+ years professional automotive technician experienceStrong foundation in diagnosticsExperience with emissions and drivability concernsAble to work independently and collaborativelyPride in quality work done right the first timeAbility to safely lift 50+ lbsASE certifications are a plus, but not required
