The diagnosis is already done for you. We need a producer who can take a ticket, execute a timing chain, engine swap, or transmission replacement efficiently, and move to the next bay. If you want steady pay without the "Flat Rate" anxiety, this is the home for you.The Pay & Schedule (The Good Stuff):Guaranteed Salary: $1,250 - $1,500 per week (Based on experience).Team Bonuses: We have the volume to hit our team bonus targets every single month. Your efficiency directly rewards your wallet.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM MAX - Generally we can accomplish what is needed in a normal 8AM - 5PM ScheduleBreak: 1-Hour Lunch (Actual downtime to recharge).Weekends: OFF. Enjoy your family and your downtime.Your Duties (Pure Wrenching):Heavy Lifting: Perform engine replacements, transmission swaps, and cylinder head repairs.Production Focus: Execute repairs based on provided diagnoses. No guessing, just fixing.Precision: Ensure mechanical work is done right the first time (torques, gaskets, timing procedures).Maintenance: Suspension, brakes, and fluid services between big jobs to keep the bays moving.What We Need:Experience: Proven history with heavy engine/transmission work.Tools: You have the tools to tear down a 6.0L or swap a transmission.Attitude: Team player.
