The OpportunitySyncari is hiring aDirector of Growth & Demand Generationto build and scale a high-performance, revenue-driven demand engine. This role owns the delivery of$10M–$15M+ in qualified annual pipeline, with full accountability for performance, attribution integrity, and growth efficiency across a complex enterprise sales motion. We are seeking a proven operator who has directly owned and scaled significant pipeline in a Series B–D B2B SaaS environment. You should be able to clearly demonstrate measurable impact, pipeline growth, improved conversion rates, optimized CAC, and scalable acquisition systems. You will lead 1–2 program managers while remaining deeply engaged in strategy, experimentation, and execution. This is a player-coach role requiring disciplined execution, financial rigor, and the ability to build repeatable systems that drive predictable enterprise pipeline. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing. What You'll OwnDeliver $10M–$15M+ in annual qualified pipeline with clear attribution and ROI accountability. Own marketing-sourced pipeline performance, partnering with Sales to improve conversion, velocity, and deal progression. Manage CAC, channel ROI, and funnel efficiency through disciplined reporting and experimentation. Architect and execute integrated, multi-channel programs across paid, ABM, outbound enablement, content, and partners. Develop enterprise-focused programs that resonate with data, IT, engineering, RevOps, and Finance stakeholders. Lead and develop 1–2 program managers while establishing performance standards and operating cadence for the demand function. What We're Looking For6–10+ years of B2B SaaS growth or demand generation experience. Experience marketing to data, IT, or technical enterprise buyers in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Direct ownership of at least $8M–$10M+ in annual marketing-sourced pipeline at a Series B–D startup. Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles with longer deal timelines. Strong expertise in attribution modeling, funnel diagnostics, and performance analytics. Demonstrated ability to build scalable, multi-channel acquisition systems. Experience managing small, high-performing teams (1–3 direct reports). Proficiency in HubSpot, Marketo, and ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
