Depending on your package selection, Averro offers PTO, paid holidays, dental/vision, pet, and legal insurance.OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Rebate Analyst to support the administration, tracking, and reporting of customer rebate programs. This role will partner cross-functionally with finance and business teams to ensure rebate agreements are processed accurately, compliance requirements are met, and reporting is completed in a timely manner.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, track, calculate, and process rebate agreements accurately and efficientlyMonitor rebate compliance requirements, terms, and deadlinesGenerate and review reports related to rebate accruals, claims, and payoutsAnalyze rebate trends and investigate discrepancies or process inefficienciesSupport month-end close activities and financial reporting processesDevelop and maintain process documentation for rebate-related workflowsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data and process alignmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or related analytical rolesStrong analytical, financial, and technical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with SAP or similar ERP systemsWHY AVERRO?Averro is a Veteran-Owned organization dedicated to delivering innovative talent solutions, business consulting and technology services that propel businesses and careers forward.
