This role requires an "owner’s mindset" to ensure brand standards remain investor-ready without constant oversight.Job Type: Full-time, Tuesday - SundayBenefits: Flexible schedule, employee discount, paid time offCore ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & SupportAssist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.Maintain locked ordering guide compliance and operational consistency.Manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak and manage payroll percentages during off-peak hours.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed.Ensure the shop is always clean, organized, and operating at brand standards.Take accountability for shop appearance and atmosphere, ensuring readiness for corporate walk-throughs.Customer Service ExcellenceMemorize 30+ recipes and prepare multiple shakes simultaneously with speed and accuracy.Maintain strong knowledge of nutritional information and dietary restrictions.Professionally interact with customers, answer questions, and make recommendations aligned with their goals.Increase ticket averages by promoting add-ons and upselling appropriately.Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.Collaborate with the GM to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Staff Management, Coaching & CultureAssist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.Provide ongoing coaching, retraining, and performance feedback.Serve as the on-site leader during GM absence.Act as a role model by maintaining a calm, professional, and positive environment.Handle immediate staff issues and provide emergency coverage when needed.Foster a motivated team culture and strong shop vibe.Inventory & Financial OversightMonitor supplement inventory and place orders directly through vendor to prevent shortages.Coordinate high-volume ordering with managementSupport financial performance monitoring including sales, expenses, and profitability.Maintain accurate cash handling procedures.Monitor cash drawer and overflow levels and provide weekly deposit reminders/logistical support.Help implement cost-control and revenue-enhancing strategies.Franchise & Brand RepresentationServe as the professional on-site point of contact for prospective franchisees.Lead sampling for potential owners, ensuring every product represents brand standards at the highest level.Ensure the shop consistently reflects Fresh Monkee operational excellence.Technology & Systems ManagementAct as the Toast POS lead for the location.Troubleshoot POS issues in real-time and contact Toast Support when necessary.Conference ownership in on back-end issues for quick resolution.Review purchase history (as needed) to support inventory and ordering oversight.Health & Safety ComplianceEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.Maintain sanitation standards and equipment upkeep.Enforce proper food storage and handling procedures.Qualifications & SkillsDependable and flexible with availability.Available for shop emergencies and leadership coverage when needed.Ability to multitask efficiently and stay calm under pressure.Strong communication and leadership skills.High attention to detail and accountability.Ability to work quickly with common sense and initiative.Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
