CardVault Breaks is one of the fastest growing live-stream sports card breaking operations in the industry, broadcasting daily across Fanatics Live, eBay Live, and Whatnot. Our team is responsible for generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in monthly live sales while delivering an elite customer experience to collectors worldwide.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Breaks Operations Coordinator to support the daily execution of our live operations. This role will work closely with leadership, breakers, inventory teams, and marketing to ensure our streams, inventory, and operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and logistics, and wants to play a key role in scaling a rapidly growing business in the sports collectibles industry.As Breaks Operations Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:Live Stream Operations* Overseeing nightly Shopify ring-outs and reconciliation of all live stream sales* Ensuring all live streams are scheduled and uploaded at least 72 hours in advance across all platforms* Assisting in coordinating daily show schedules with breakers and program managers* Ensuring streams are fully populated with accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions prior to going liveInventory & Logistics* Managing inventory tracking and stock levels across all CardVault Breaks productsMonitoring product availability and notifying leadership when reorders or rebuys are neededAssisting with maintaining weekly and monthly accurate inventory counts within Shopify and internal tracking systemsCoordinating inventory transfers between Boston and Foxborough locations to ensure optimal stock allocationFinancial & Performance Tracking* Assisting with financial forecasting for each product category (baseball, football, basketball, soccer, F1, TCG, etc.)* Maintaining and updating the live stream performance tracking sheets used to analyze nightly results* Helping track operational KPIs such as GMV, margins, product mix, and sell-through rates* Ensuring pricing targets and break margins are kept current across all streamsMarketing & Content Coordination* Monitoring and managing CardVault Breaks social media accounts to ensure daily posts and stories are scheduled* Coordinating with the creative team on promotional graphics and marketing assets for upcoming streamsEnsuring live streams are properly promoted across social platforms and community channelsAssisting with the production and scheduling of promotional videos highlighting upcoming shows, products, and eventsOther duties as assignedThis job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:A general comprehensive knowledge of and/or passion for trading cards desiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailMinimum of one-year of similar or industry-related experience is preferredExperience working with spreadsheets and operational dataStrong communication and coordination skillsInterest in sports cards, collectibles, or live streaming is strongly preferredExperience with Shopify, Google Sheets, or inventory systems is a plusExperience in social media coordination or digital marketing is a plusHigh school Diploma/GED desiredAbility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as neededPhysical Demands / Work Environment / Hours:The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
