Entry Level AT&T Client Representative

Our status and client base continues to broaden every day, so we are on the lookout for an Entry Level AT&T Client Representative to join our team!
The primary focus of the Entry Level AT&T Client Representative is to optimize company sales revenue and customer outreach by creating brand awareness. The Entry Level AT&T Client Representative is the face of our company and serves as the direct liaison between our esteemed clients and valued customers. An ideal candidate for the Entry Level AT&T Client Representative role will have a proven history of professionalism, comprehensive knowledge of customer relations, and the ability to upsell and negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Client Representative will include:
Initiate communication with each customer to recommend specific products or services to ensure all needs are met
Participate in the sales team to manage promotions and engage customers to drive company revenue
Confidently answer customers’ questions regarding products or services and mediate concerns
Engage directly with customers and clients alike to develop trusting relationships and bolster brand loyalty
Effectively communicate sales promotions and special offers directly to customers
Assist fellow Entry Level AT&T Client Representatives in the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales strategies to exceed sales targets for clients
Conduct research and draft KPI reports to monitor campaign efficiency and track sales performance
Preferred Qualifications for the Entry Level AT&T Client Representative:
Prior experience in customer service, client services, sales, retail, management, or a similar business-related position
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Can achieve both individual and collaborative goals with other AT&T Client Support Representatives through time management, discipline, and organization
Able to identify emerging trends and patterns
Friendly and engaging personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $55,500.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
