This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on building new business, engaging decision-makers at all levels, and closing complex telecom solutions sales.Key Responsibilities• Drive new business development through prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building • Present and sell enterprise telecom, internet, VoIP, and managed service solutions to prospective clients • Develop strong relationships with commercial tenants, property owners, brokers, and key stakeholders • Identify client needs and position tailored solutions that drive business value • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and sales forecasting through CRM and sales toolsRequired Qualifications• Minimum 2+ years of successful ISP, telecom, or technology sales experience with a strong focus on new business development • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Ability to discuss prior sales performance, including quota attainment, recurring revenue metrics, and service portfolio sold • Strong understanding of telecom and internet service solutions • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement toolsPreferred Qualifications• 5+ years of telecom or ISP sales experience • Experience selling to commercial real estate, property management, or enterprise clients • Bachelor’s degree preferredCompensation & Benefits• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off • Cell phone reimbursement • Flexible/hybrid work environment based on performance
