$150,000-$200,000 base salary (experience-based)

Your Role: More Than ManagementAs Medical Director, you won't be

afternoon, and shapes the medical vision of the practice throughout.You'll be responsible for:
Setting the
medical and surgical direction for a collaborative 10-doctor team
Mentoring
associates and fostering a culture where learning thrives
Ensuring
gold-standard care while managing the practical side of inventory and
protocols
Partnering
with our Hospital Manager on recruiting top talent
Supporting
your team's "passion projects" and continuing education goals
