Hampton offers excellent benefits, career and professional development, tuition reimbursement and other benefits.Minimum RequirementsNo prior experience is required.Must possess a current Lifeguard Certification from a nationally recognized organization, i.e. American Red Cross, Ellis & Associates, YMCA of USA, or equivalent.Successful completion of Preventing Disease Transmission and Oxygen Administration training within 30 days of employment preferred.This position is safety sensitive and is subject to testing for alcohol and controlled substances in accordance with the City’s current substance abuse policy.Must successfully pass a background check related to this position prior to any offer of employment or promotion (18 and older).Additional RequirementsRequires effective communication with internal and external customers.Must possess good eyesight and hearing.
