Job TitleThis job will be accepting job applications until the position is filled.Hourly: $19.70 - $19.70Department: Health & Welfare, Livability & TourismDivision: Office of Children, Youth & FamilyFLSA: Non-ExemptJob Description: This role will learn about the operations of the Budget, Finance, and Revenue Collections department.*Applicant must be a current college student.*Examples Of Duties:Protect and conserve a South Carolina landmark, the historic Angel Oak, from vandalism, by responsive and vigilant monitoring of the tree.Frequently sanitize doors, dust, clean gift shopAssist with cashier duties, accepting cash, credit cards, making change and issuing receipts for goodsPerform other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:Available to work 20 hours per week for 8 weeks (June - July 2022)Current college student pursuing bachelor's or master's degreeAble to use computers, point of sale systems, and/ or adding machines.Able to engage with the public and use math concepts in an applied setting.
