Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Location: Nashua, NH Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,453 to $1,653 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Nashua, NH. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain skills needed for daily living across a skilled nursing population. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college Active New Hampshire COTA license or ability to obtain state license prior to assignment start BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred Experience with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, adaptive equipment, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred Ability to work an interdisciplinary plan of care and follow OT treatment plans Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift: Days Shift hours: 0800-1630 Work days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Schedule: 5x8 (35 hours per week) Assignment length: 14 weeks Meal break: 30 minutes Location Highlights Explore Nashua and the surrounding region while on assignment.
