We are proud of our products, company, and reputation. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing valuable insight into HR best practices and helping develop essential skills for a career in human resources. The HR Intern will support daily operations and work closely with team members to assist in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with job postings on various platforms, including company websites and job boards Help organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities Prepare onboarding materials, coordinate orientation schedules, and facilitate new hire orientation Assist in ensuring new employees complete the required documentation and set up accounts Support offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing final paperwork Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and concerns in a confidential and professional manner Maintain accurate employee records and assist with data entry in HRIS and other databases Prepare reports on HR metrics such as hiring rates, employee turnover, and performance Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook Participate in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives General Expectations: Written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
