Apply now.Role OverviewWe are looking for a part-time Customer Support & Reception Coordinator to join our team as a key part of the first line of communication for both external clients and internal stakeholders. This role combines customer support, operational assistance, and light front-desk responsibilities.The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and service-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple communication channels while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.Role StructurePart-time positionMinimum 2 hours of physical presence in the office, 5 days a week (reception/front-desk coverage)Remaining hours can be allocated to remote or on-site support workRequirementsFluent English (written and verbal)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
