Key Details Start Date: ASAP Duration: 9???12 months with the potential for extension. Schedule: Clinic Hours: Monday???Friday, 8:00 AM???5:00 PM OR Hours: 7:30 AM???3:30 PM Call Coverage: 24-hour call on a rotating schedule (M/T, W/Th, F/S/S) with a 1:4 ratio. Location: Multiple sites in the area may require coverage flexibility. Responsibilities Perform inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic visits, emergency department consults, and ambulatory care consults. Conduct general urology surgeries and office procedures, including: TURP, TURBT, hydrocelectomy, spermatocelectomy, circumcision, vasectomy, and cystoscopy. Handle endoscopic techniques and ureteroscopy. Collaborate with internal urologists who handle more advanced cases. Requirements Licensure: Must hold a Georgia medical license or qualify for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). Board Certification: Required (board-eligible candidates also considered). Comfortable managing a patient load of approximately 21 patients per shift. Practice Highlights Work within a supportive team, including RNs, MAs, and administrative staff. Credentialing timeframe: ~21 days. EMR system: Epic. Temporary privileges available for a quicker start.
