This role is ideal for a skilled installer who can lead ductwork installations, read plans, coordinate with team members, and ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The right candidate will have hands-on duct installation experience, strong leadership skills, and pride in high-quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ductwork installation projects for residential and light commercial HVAC systemsInstall ductwork, fittings, plenums, transitions, vents, and related HVAC componentsRead and interpret job plans, layouts, and installation instructionsGuide and support installers and helpers on the job siteEnsure work is completed safely, accurately, and according to company standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional job siteCommunicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customersAssist with equipment installation when neededFollow safety procedures and all applicable codes and best practicesQualificationsPrevious duct installation experience requiredLead installer or crew leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of residential and light commercial ductwork installationAbility to read plans, layouts, and measurements accuratelyProficiency with basic hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal toolsValid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements required. Reliable transportation to get to workAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and varying job-site conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable, punctual, safety-minded, and professionalPay and BenefitsFull-time, stable work.
