This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong troubleshooting ability, professional customer service skills, and hands-on HVAC field experience. The right candidate will be comfortable servicing residential and light commercial systems while representing the company with professionalism on every job.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systemsWork on heating, cooling, boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipmentPerform maintenance, troubleshooting, and system evaluationsCommunicate professionally with customers while on siteComplete service documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow company standards, safety procedures, and best practicesQualifications4-5+ years of in-field HVAC service experience preferredA New Hampshire gas license is requiredValid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements required. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skillsProfessional communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and safety-mindedAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
