If an Assembler role sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!Responsibilities for an Assembler include but are not limited to:Production Assembly: Work as part of a high-functioning team to assemble entire products or specific components, rotating through various tasks within the production process.Operational Support: Assist in the production of wiring assemblies and operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, to move materials as needed.Facility Maintenance: Maintain a safe and organized workspace by determining work assignments and performing general housekeeping, including shoveling and sweeping work areas.Candidates for Assembler must meet the following requirements to be considered:Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of raw materials, quality control, and manufacturing processes; ability to follow strict safety policies and procedures for the protection of people and property.Communication & Teamwork: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to solve problems analytically within a team setting.What's in this Assembler position for you?Pay: $18.60 per hourShift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)Weekly paycheckDedicated Onboarding Specialist & RecruiterAccess to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses This Assembler role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.
