This role supports the Command Religious Program by delivering a structured, professional, and engaging worship music program.Key Responsibilities:Provide piano and organ accompaniment during worship services and religious eventsDirect and lead choir rehearsals and performancesSupport both Catholic and Protestant services, including Sunday worship and special eventsPlan and coordinate music selections with Chaplain(s)Lead and develop choir members, including children's choir participationSupport seasonal and special services (e.g., Christmas, Easter, memorials)Submit choir-related announcements for approval in advanceMaintain communication with chapel staff and attend meetings as requiredEnsure proper use and reporting of musical instruments and equipmentService Schedule:Sunday Services:Catholic Mass - 9:00 AMProtestant Service - 11:00 AMWeekly choir rehearsals (~2 hours/week)Additional rehearsals and special services as scheduledQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in church or military music ministryProficiency in piano and organ performanceAbility to sight-read musicExperience with liturgical and/or contemporary Christian musicStrong choral direction and leadership skillsWork Requirements:Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special eventsProfessional conduct aligned with military environment standardsAbility to coordinate and collaborate with diverse religious groupsGovernment-Furnished:Musical instruments (organ and piano)Hymnals and required music materialsSubmission Instructions:
