Chapel Music Director

Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, SC :The Music Director provides comprehensive musical leadership in support of the Command Religious Program at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort. This role supports both Catholic and Protestant worship services by delivering high-quality instrumental accompaniment, choral direction, and music program coordination to enhance congregational worship and participation.Duties: Provide piano and organ accompaniment for worship services and special eventsLead and direct choirs and congregational singingSelect and teach appropriate worship music (traditional and contemporary)Conduct weekly rehearsals and additional practices as neededCoordinate music plans with the Chaplain and Technical RepresentativeSupport seasonal services, memorials, and special programsQualifications: Proficiency in piano and organ performanceAbility to sight-read musicExperience with liturgical and/or contemporary Christian worship formatsMinimum 2 years of music ministry experience (military or civilian church setting):Powered by JazzHR
