Regional Sales Manager-Foodservice

Our client, a leading flavor producer in the Beverage Industry, is actively searching for a Regional Business Manager, foodservice division, responsible for the Philadelphia market. This position is remote but must live near a major airport in the state of Pennsylvania. The Regional Business Manager, will support existing customer business, as well as, develop new business, design effective sales presentations, evaluate potential opportunities, establish operator marketing programs, hands-on selling, and a solution-based selling approach.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Contacting potential distributors and operators to establish rapport and arrange meetingsPlan and oversee new marketing initiativesManage the foodservice broker sales network on a regular basisResearch organizations and individuals to find new opportunitiesIncrease the sales volume of current customers while attracting new onesFind and develop new markets and increasing company salesAttend conferences, meetings, and industry eventsDevelop programs and proposals for clientsDevelop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are metHave an in-depth knowledge of company productsDevelop and grow sales with broadline Foodservice and Coffee Specialty distributorsQualifications and Requirements:5+ years of proven sales experience in Food Service and/or Specialty Coffee companiesFood Ingredients and Beverage experience a plusBachelor Degree or equivalent experienceExceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalExcellent organizational and planning skills to meet goals and set prioritiesBe proactive, self-motivated, and organizedOvernight travel approximately 40-50%Familiarity with MS OfficeSalary Range: $90,000.00-$120,000.00Benefits:401(k) plan with company matchHealth coverage for you and your family includes medical, dental, and visionBonus potentialPaid time off that increases with tenureNine company paid holidays plus one floating holiday and diversity dayAll applications must be accompanied by a current professional resume!
