They will play a pivotal role in enlightening clients about the extensive capabilities of our products and serving as a bridge between the client and our internal Client Services team. Additionally, the chosen candidate will take charge of cross-departmental collaboration to enhance customer support initiatives and elevate overall customer satisfaction.This position involves managing a portfolio of medium to large accounts, typically exceeding twelve million in account volume (non-compensation metric).The Client Services Manager II reports directly to the Director of Client Services.What would you do in this role?Essential FunctionsDevelops open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as wellCoordinates internal projects and determines the best utilization of resources to increase execution and customer satisfactionEncourages revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase additional servicesBecomes the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationshipProvides regular updates to clients on the progress of projects and programs that directly affect each clientAttends/holds business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.Develops/maintains strong internal relationships to maximize field execution.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Required Education and Experience5-7 years experience in account management experience5+ years experience in a management position preferredProven ability to utilize the DASH platform requiredMust demonstrate the ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication skills requiredOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
