In fulfilling this mandate, the team collaborates closely on planning, execution, and governance with control partners across Product Areas, Legal, Risk and Compliance, Engineering, Security, and Privacy teams to ensure a unified approach to global government contracting integrity and compliance with campaign finance and other election laws.As a Program Manager, you will design, own, run, and optimize programs for the Political Law and Government Contractingteam.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong working relationships and effectively partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization to accomplish global compliance goals.Administer essential programs to address government contracts compliance requirements across federal, state and local, and international jurisdictions.Own and maintain compliance programs related to campaign finance compliance, global elections, and other political law risk areas.Identify and educate control owners to agree on interim and end-state governance and control requirements (e.g., Federal Acquisition Regulation / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FAR/DFARS), international sovereignty mandates).Propose controls for integration into the continuous controls monitoring dashboard and collaborate with a team of control owners to establish global standards and processes.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
