Senior Program Manager

Overview In this role you drive a proprietary Mission Systems program, leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated software, hardware, and O&M support. You will balance cost, schedule, and technical solutions while maintaining program health and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage the program’s execution plan, collaborate with chief engineers and IPT leads, and ensure agile alignment and lessons learned shape future work. This position offers hands-on leadership, P&L responsibility, and the opportunity to influence mission-critical capabilities.
