The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, customer interactions, and nurturing early-stage opportunities in the sales pipeline. Day-to-day activities include researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and clearly communicating Hire ID’s value proposition to both employers and partners. The role will work along Marketing to book qualified meetings, support campaigns, and provide feedback from the field. The Sales Development Representative will maintain accurate records in the CRM, track activities and results, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and messaging.QualificationsStrong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including comfort with high-volume outreach and goal-oriented performance.Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.Ability to use CRM and sales engagement tools effectively; proficiency with email, video, and social selling is a plus.1–3 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role (B2B SaaS or HRTech experience preferred).Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.Curiosity about hiring, HR technology, and fraud prevention, with a willingness to learn about a complex, evolving space.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
