Reliability Engineer

Location: Concord, NC (Onsite)Duration: 12 monthsWe are currently seeking a Reliability Engineer to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Concord, NC. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with an immediate start.The selected candidate will be responsible for driving equipment reliability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives within a GMP-regulated environment. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to enhance asset performance and ensure operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:• Lead equipment reliability programs, including KPI development and performance trending• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigations to improve equipment performance• Utilize CMMS systems for maintenance optimization and data-driven decision-making• Support deviations, CAPAs, and change control processes• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies• Ensure compliance with GMP and quality system requirementsRequired Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability or maintenance engineering within pharma/biotech• Experience in drug product or drug substance manufacturing environments• Strong hands-on experience with CMMS systems• Proven experience with CAPA, deviations, and change control processes• Demonstrated ability in reliability analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
