The Verve Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating food and beverage service in hotel outlets and banquet operations. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager to ensure exceptional guest service, adherence to operational standards, and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise restaurant, lounge, and banquet service staffManage daily shifts and oversee outlet and banquet functionsAssist with training, mentoring, and evaluating team membersEnsure service standards, cleanliness, and appearance guidelines are maintainedHandle guest interactions and resolve concerns to ensure guest satisfactionSupport administrative duties, shift reports, and departmental meetingsEnforce cash handling and closing proceduresMaintain high visibility during service periods QualificationsPrevious supervisory experience in a hotel food & beverage settingOutlet and banquet experience preferredAbility to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand, walk, lift (35-50 lbs), and perform physical duties required in a hospitality environmentStrong communication, leadership, and guest service skillsAbility to handle cash and credit transactions and use point-of-sale systems BenefitsCompensation: $22.00 - $22.00 per hour, paid bi-weeklyMedical, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary life insuranceOptional supplemental insurance plans401(k) retirement planPaid personal and vacation timeHotel team member travel discountsCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesFree parking About Us The Verve Hotel Boston Natick is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
