Software Implementation Manager Location: Orlando, USA Starting date: as soon as possible Working hours: 40 hours / week Your role in our MINT Family: Implement our software at international customer sites Manage projects and conduct customer training and workshops to facilitate the introduction of our standard software suite Act as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders, building and maintaining strong customer relationships Oversee customer accounts and provide professional consultation on our product portfolio and its implementation Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify market opportunities and support company growth strategy Submit quotes, conduct software presentations, and finalize contracts with existing and prospective customers This is how you can impress us: Hold a degree in (business) information technology or a related field, or have significant relevant experience, ideally in IT projects, aviation training, or qualification management. Possess fundamental IT knowledge Excellent communicator with experience in customer presentations, capable of clear and concise communication with internal teams, managers, and customers Exceptional at building customer relationships with a keen understanding of customer and cross-departmental needs, striving to delight at every interaction Proactive, solution-oriented, and experienced in solving unexpected challenges Able to coordinate multiple time-sensitive efforts across the organization to ensure customer success, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Quick learner, eager to develop, bring new ideas, and make swift decisions to overcome barriers Strong focus on quality and attention to detail, ensuring thorough error-checking and no missed important details.
