Incident Manager FT
Oversees the agency’s incident management process. Ensures high quality technical support from the Incident Management department. Responsible for incident trending. Provides support within the incident management and investigation process.
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (ie, psychology, social work, sociology) and four (4) years’ experience working in a position of similar scope and complexity.
Previous experience working with/in a program with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience
Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and practices.
Knowledge of Justice Center requirements specific to Incidents.
Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to identify true problem vs. the presenting problem; as well as the ability to recommend the appropriate intervention to address its resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with a high level of integrity.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
