Job Description Staffing ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Staffing Manager to join our staffing agency team. In this role, you will oversee recruiting operations and help place candidates in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics positions for our clients.The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboardingRecruit for warehouse, manufacturing, forklift, shipping/receiving, and general labor positionsPost jobs on Indeed and other hiring platformsScreen resumes and conduct phone interviewsCoordinate interviews and hiring with clientsMaintain candidate records and update ATS systemsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidatesHandle employee onboarding and orientationEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsSupport client accounts and maintain strong relationshipsAssist with scheduling, attendance follow-ups, and staffing needsRequirementsPrevious experience in staffing or recruiting requiredExperience hiring for light industrial or warehouse roles preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience using ATS systems and Microsoft OfficeComfortable making high-volume calls and sourcing candidatesBilingual Spanish is a plusReliable, professional, and team-orientedJob TypeFull-timeIn-personWork Location: In person
