These opportunities support surgical, medical, and primary care services across a variety of schedules, practice models, and acuity levels.Positions are available in fast-paced, collaborative environments and may include clinic-based care, inpatient rounding, surgical first assist, outreach clinics, and procedural responsibilities, depending on the department.Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)Provide direct patient care in outpatient clinics and/or inpatient hospital settingsEvaluate, diagnose, and manage new and established patientsPerform department-specific procedures, which may include:Joint injections, Botox injections, nerve blocksICU-level bedside procedures (paracentesis, thoracentesis, chest tubes, lines, ports)Surgical first assist and vein harvestingParticipate in inpatient rounding, consults, admissions, discharges, and care coordinationCollaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teamsProvide patient and family education and coordinate follow-up careSupport outreach and satellite clinic services as applicableSchedule & Practice SettingsFull-time opportunitiesMonday–Friday outpatient schedules availableInpatient day and night shift roles, including 7 on / 7 off rotationsMix of outpatient clinics, inpatient services, operating room support, and outreach locationsSome roles include call rotation; others have no call, weekends, or holidaysAdditional InformationEmployment contingent upon successful completion of credentialingStructured onboarding, training, and mentorship programs availableRequirementsCertifications & LicensureCurrent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certificationAHA-approved BLS requiredACLS required for select inpatient and surgical rolesActive state license or eligibility to obtain licensureEducation & ExperienceGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programExperience preferred for many specialties; new graduates considered for select rolesSpecialty experience (surgery, cardiology, oncology, neurology, primary care, hospital medicine) is a plusOR, first assist, or vein harvesting experience required for select cardiovascular and cardiothoracic rolesBenefitsCompensation & Benefits (Role-Dependent)Competitive compensationSign-on bonuses available for select specialtiesComprehensive benefits package, which may include:Paid Time Off and CME timeCME allowanceRetirement plans with employer matchingMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability and professional liability coverageRelocation assistance for eligible positions
