Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Eyelash Technician, located in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. The Eyelash Technician will be responsible for performing eyelash extensions, touch-up services, and lash care consultations. They will maintain high hygiene standards, ensure client satisfaction, and stay current with emerging trends in lash techniques. Day-to-day tasks include preparing workstations, applying eyelash extensions, and providing aftercare instructions to clients. Qualifications Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions and knowledge of different application techniquesExpertise in lash care and maintenance, including conducting touch-ups and removalsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAttention to detail, precision, and ability to customize services based on client needsKnowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices in a beauty service environmentCertification in eyelash extensions or a related field; valid state licensure (if applicable)Passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on new trends and techniques
