This is a premier opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a stable, family-owned group and plenty of room for professional growth.Key Responsibilities: Technician Support: Accurately locate and supply parts for our shop technicians to keep service moving efficiently. Retail Excellence: Assist retail customers at our busy front counter, providing expert advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Inventory & Warranty: Manage the daily movement of warranty replacement parts to storage and assist with inventory organization. Department Standards: Maintain a clean, professional, and highly organized workspace.Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience as an automotive parts counterperson is required; Ford experience is a major plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CDK and CDK Service/Smart is strongly preferred. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with both technicians and the public. Schedule: Full-time role; must be available for rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
