You will play a critical role in connecting luxury brands with highly curated audiences—driving both immediate results and enduring brand loyalty.What You’ll DoClient Services & Account LeadershipServe as senior client lead across key luxury accounts, ensuring exceptional service, strategic alignment, and long-term relationship growthPartner with clients to translate experiential strategies into measurable business outcomes, including revenue impact and brand affinityOversee account health, client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth opportunitiesLead post-event reporting and insights, providing clear performance metrics and strategic recommendationsAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, bringing proactive ideas and market intelligenceUHNW Engagement & Guest AcquisitionDevelop and execute strategies to attract and engage HNW/UHNW audiences across global marketsBuild and maintain direct relationships across private banks, family offices, wealth advisors, private aviation, concierge services, and elite membership communitiesCurate high-quality guest pipelines aligned with brand positioning and experiential goalsEnsure discretion, exclusivity, and brand integrity across all touchpointsStrategic PartnershipsIdentify, secure, and grow high-value partnerships across luxury sectors including hospitality, finance, travel, fashion, and lifestyleStructure and monetize partnerships that expand access to elite audiences and create new revenue streamsDevelop co-branded initiatives and bespoke experiences that enhance client impact and brand visibilityConcierge & Experience DeliveryOversee white-glove concierge services, ensuring seamless, personalized guest journeys from invitation through post-event engagementDrive conversion from engagement to brand affinity and purchase behaviorMaintain best-in-class service standards reflective of the ultra-luxury marketData & PerformanceOwn the experiential data strategy, including CRM, guest acquisition tracking, and performance reportingEstablish clear KPIs across client success, audience engagement, and revenue impactTranslate data into actionable insights to optimize future programs and client strategiesTeam LeadershipLead and mentor a high-performing team across partnerships, client services, and conciergeFoster a culture of excellence, accountability, and elevated service deliveryCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all programsOPTIMA IntegrationLead integration of OPTIMA into the experiential ecosystemIdentify cross-sell opportunities and enhance client value through integrated offeringsEnsure operational rigor while maintaining high-touch service standardsWho You Are10+ years of leadership experience in luxury, private client services, partnerships, or experiential marketingProven success managing senior client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomesDeep network within UHNW ecosystems (wealth management, private clubs, luxury travel, concierge, etc.)Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and strategic partnershipsExperienced team leader with executive presence and client-facing polishHighly strategic, data-informed, and relationship-driven
